Aspen Creek Landscaping Creates 12-Step Path Way for Treatment Center


Our client, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, asked us to design and construct a series of twelve gardens along an existing walkway, so their patients could reflect on the recovery process. The 12-step garden is unique in its planting and materials to enhance the experience of the individual steps. Bill Spelbring, our landscape designer, worked closely with Jan Vondrachek, vice president of Hazelden’s northwest region.
